Background

I am a MSc student majoring in Health Data Science at UCL. My interest in current project is applying entity linking in the field of eye diseases. My work is to link the mentions from the descriptions of eyes diseases to entities(controlled terminology) without in-domain labeled data. My undergraduate background is statistics, and I applied representative points minimum chi-square estimation method to achieve better parameters estimation performance in my final year project.
